Breda Sistemi Industriali Spa is very pleased to inform the whole sales net that on the 1st of August 2007 our company closed an important business deal, purchasing the facility belonging to Bremet Brevetti Metecno S.p.A, located in Istrago, together with the trademark BREMET and the branch related to the production of the sectional and folding doors. The name of the new company will be BREMET CHIUSURE TECNICHE S.r.l. The new firm will work in the same business sector, dealing with products addressed both to the residential and the industrial field. This financial operation allows Breda Sistemi Industriali S.p.A. to use a new and wide facility with the related machinery: this will make the production of the goods easier, it will enlarge our range of products and at the same time it will guarantee an increased attention in the assembling. The above mentioned acquisition has to be added to another big project that we, at Breda Sistemi Industriali S.p.A., are carrying out: in fact in these days we are also completing the enlargement of our Headquarter’s in Sequals, Pordenone The Team
